Shipping and Returns

  • We aim to dispatch customer's orders as soon as possible, preferably within 1-2 days of receiving the order. For customers within the UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's Inland Small Parcel Service. If a customer requires a special service in terms of time scale a courier will be used and an extra cost may be applied. For customers outside the UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail's International Small Parcel Service. Couriers will also be used if a special service is requested and an extra cost may be applied.
  • In case of non-delivery of an order we would ask customers to wait for 30 days before contacting us. 
  • In case of non-delivery of an order, items missing from an order or damaged items in an order Gaming Enhancements will be liable for the postage. 
  • If customers wish to exchange items in an order they will be liable for the postage to and from Gaming Enhancements.
